Kampala to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After an early morning breakfast, you will set off from Uganda’s capital city, Kampala and head to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will have a stopover at the equator for the mind blowing equator experiment and a photo moment. You will the proceed to Queen Elizabeth National park for a sunset game drive before being transferred to Mweya Safari Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay
Game drives and boat cruise at the Kazinga Channel
In the morning after an early breakfast, you will head into the park for a game drive in search of different animal and bird species. Queen Elizabeth is blessed with variety of wildlife that includes kobs, buffaloes, elephants, Lions, waterbucks and different bird species. In the afternoon after having lunch, you will head for a boat cruise at the Kazinga channel. This cruise will take you through a very high concentration of hippos, crocodiles and different bird species. You will also get to see elephants and buffaloes drinking at the water’s edges. Dinner and overnight stay on full board basis will be at Mweya Safari Lodge
Chimpanzee Trekking and evening Game Drive
After an early morning breakfast, drive through the channel tack through to the Kyambura gorge, en- route you may be lucky to see elephants, leopard, antelopes, lions and many different bird species. Proceed for chimpanzee trekking at the Kyambura gorge or Kalinzu Forest, return to your accommodation for lunch then a relaxed afternoon. Game drive in the evening, dinner and overnight stay
Mweya Peninsular walk and return to Kampala
You will go for a guided nature walk at the Mweya Peninsular after having breakfast. Here you will have a beautiful view of the Kazinga channel with different bird and animal species. You will also have a morning game drive as you leave the park and thereafter proceeding to Kampala
